HAIRWELL CREAM OXIDANT 2%

How to use: mix 1 part Hairwell eyebrow and eyelash dye with 2 parts cream oxidant.

Warning: the active ingredient is hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, immediately flush eyes with water. Keep out of reach of children. Do not pour the remaining amount back into the bottle as this will contaminate any remaining lotion and render it unusable. Use as intended. Mixing ratio 1:2 (oxidant).
