Hair oxidant 9% is specially formulated to be used with lightening pastes to achieve optimal lightening. Creamy consistency, easy to apply, keeps the obtained color tone for a long time. Suitable for all hair types. Lightens up to 1-2 tones. Recommended for professional use only and should ONLY be used with WELLA paint or lightening products.
