The new eyebrow dye works both with 3% hydrogen and when mixed with distilled water.

Loca colors can also be used after eyebrow lamination. ⠀

CHOCOLATE It has a pure reddish hue. Pairs perfectly with natural black to create neutral brown tones from warm to cool. ⠀ NATURAL BLACK It has a green base color. It is well suited for neutralizing the color red and its shades. ⠀ BLUE-BLACK Classic deep shade. Suitable not only for coloring eyebrows, but also eyelashes. ⠀ BORDO In its pure form, it is cold red. It neutralizes yellowness in third party dyes well. When combined with natural black, it gives a light pink mother-of-pearl shade.
