ELAN Lash Plex eyelash serum - a multifunctional professional concentrate is specially designed for the care of eyelashes (also suitable for eyebrows). A patented complex of 8 amino acids (serine, glycine, glutamic acid, alanine, lysine, arginine, threonine, proline) together with betaine and pyrrolidone carboxylic acid salt is a highly effective moisturizing component based on ingredients.
The complex based on protein, hydrolyzed keratin and panthenol envelops each hair, making eyelashes thicker, shinier and more elastic. It helps to maintain the curl shape of the eyelashes after lifting, and also has a protective function.
