The ÉLAN eyelash lamination system consists of 2 steps. The system only works when both stages are used together.
Stage 2 restores disulfide bonds, fixes the shape, closes the scales of the hair cuticle.
PH of the 2nd stage - 2.5-3.0. 2.5-3.0. The product does not contain sodium bromate.
Principle of operation of step 2 (emulsion 2):
restores disulfide bonds, gives flexibility and elasticity to eyelash hair;
fixes the shape;
restores the natural pH of the hair;
closes the scales of the hair cuticle;
neutralizes alkali residues;
contains cationic substances and emollients that have conditioning properties and add shine to the hair.
Important! In compositions 1 and 2, you can feel the smell of sulfur, this is normal.
