Pigments (boosters) give the basic paint colors more brightness, depth, intensity.
Suitable for use with all brands. CONCENTRATED COLOR PIGMENT will give more depth and intensity to the basic palette of eyebrow dyes; you will increase the variety of shades; you will adjust or remove unwanted shades. ELAN EYEBROW TINT COLOR BOOSTER - eyebrow tint boosters are specially designed for mixing with the main color palette of the TM ELAN professional line «Long lasting Eyebrow Tint «Deep Brow Tint» «04 ICY» and «05 SPICY». Pigments can also be used with eyebrow dyes from other manufacturers if the specialist has coloristic knowledge.
Ingredients: AQUA, CETEARYL ALCOHOL, GLYCERYL STEARATE SE, ETHOXYDIGLYCOL, CETEARETH-20, ETHANOLAMINE, GLYCERIN, COCAMIDOPROPYLAMINE OXIDE, N,N-BIS(2-HYDROXYETHYL)-P-PHENYLENEDIAMINE SULFATE, GLYCERYL STEARATE, PEG-100 STEARATE, UREA. SODIUM SULFITE, SODIUM ERYTHORBATE, DISODIUM EDTA, PARFUM, 1-NAPHTHOL, 2,4-DIAMINOPHENOXYETHANOL HCL, P-PHENYLENEDIAMINE

USE:
1. Clean the eyebrow area with ÉLAN Detox Mousse, which has bactericidal and fungicidal properties. Clean the product with a cotton pad moistened with water.
2. Use the ÉLAN powder eyebrow pencil to draw the shape of the eyebrows. If necessary, clean the lines of the eyebrow sketch with a flat brush.
3. Mix 1:1 eyebrow tint with SBTS oxidant in a non-metallic container. If you want to add additional depth to the colors of the main paint palette and make the color richer, use 06 INDIGO or 07 ORANGE shade boosters from the same system.
The following ratio is recommended: Eyebrow dye (49%) + oxidant (49%) + booster (2%) = dye mixture (100%) Important! The more booster there is, the closer the final shade will be to the color of the booster (blue or orange).
4. Distribute the paint on the eyebrows. Leave for 5-10 minutes, depending on the desired result.
5. Clean the paint with a cotton pad moistened with water.
6. Fix the result with COLOR FIX Fluid Fixer. Concentrated enhancers are specially designed to be mixed with Deep Brow Tint 04 ICY and 05 SPICY ТМ ELAN, but can be used in combination with other manufacturers' eyebrow tints.
