After mixing 3% oxidizing emulsion and professional line ELAN eyebrow dye Deep Brow Tint, the pH of the ready-to-use coloring mixture is 7. Thus, the eyebrow dye Deep Brow Tint is the first eyebrow dye with a neutral pH, which protects the hairs from damage and prevents the skin from drying out.
