• 1 pc. RefectoCil Blue Black 15 ml - the most popular eyelash color.
• 1 pc. RefectoCil Natural Brown 15 ml - the most popular eyebrow color.
• 1 pc. RefectoCil Graphite 15 ml.
• 1 pc. liquid oxidant 3% 100 ml.
• 1 pc. a pair of silicone pads.
• 2 pcs. mini mixing bowls.

Usage:

Mix 2 cm of eyebrow dye and 10 drops of liquid oxidant. Apply to eyebrows or eyelashes. Hold for 10 minutes.
